Karan Rowe

Karan started working with A-Locate in 2000.  Since that time she has helped many relocatees to Sydney settle into their new life here. 

“It is always a pleasure to meet new people coming to our beautiful city and to know that the service we provide is a very useful one,” says Karan.

Karan was born in Western Australia but moved to Asia for ten years in 1973, so became an expat herself along with her two children and husband. She returned to Australia and settled in to Sydney in 1983.

Karan was a dancer on stage and on TV and became a dance teacher in Perth and overseas where she set up her own very successful studio. Returning to Sydney she taught ballet for a short time before becoming a relocation consultant.

Karan’s interests are many and varied: Argentine Tango and ballroom dancing, bushwalking particularly in the mountains, travelling overseas and music and theatre.

Karan looks forward to meeting many new relocatees and being of help to them in that sometimes difficult transition stage.
